I ordered a bike and it arrived with a scratch on the frame. I just asked customer service for some touch up paint but they told me to kick rocks because the scratch was my fault. How was it my fault? Is it my fault zip ties broke free of the cardboard and allowed parts to shift during shipping? I guess so. There were other issues that I won’t get into. Overall the bike is fantastic and a good value for quality. But if you have any issues with shipment damage or product quality then be careful, because that’s probably your fault because borealis quality control is incapable of mistakes. They do answer you promptly to let you know they are not responsible for their product quality so that’s reassuring. Bike: 4.5/5 Customer service: 1/5
